I co signed for a car for my son. My salesman Mr Standley Major and his boss Mr Gerard Douglas were great. They got the note to where we wanted it. We go to finance and the note jumps $50 more dollars. The finance man was a fast talker we felt rushed but we signed anyways. (My fault). The next day I call standley he said come the followed day. Standley helped my son with getting his car insurance at a better price. We talk to the finance person again. He was rude and just said no. We left upset. 2 days later MrGerard calls and saids he got it back down to what we wanted (we wanted the extended warranty off) I said I'm not coming back and seeing that same guy (I won't name) I said this is my 4th car buying from here I never had a problem before I want Mr Joseph Akkawi whom I've dealt with in pass car buying sales. No problem between the 3 of them they got our note back to what we needed it at. We left very happy. Go see my guys at Toyota of new orleans and only use Mr Joseph Akkawi for your financing. I will go back these 3 men are knowledgeable and know their stuff. I will be upgrading soon and I most definitely will go back. Thank you guy! From a happy toyota new orleans customer.
